Join a Meeting


Desktop - Meetings - Join

  1. Your meeting invites will appear in the "Notifications" section of the navigation bar. You can choose to either "Accept" or "Decline" these invitations.
  2. To join a meeting, go to "My Schedule" in the navigation bar.
  3. Select "Join Now" when the meeting becomes active. 
  4. Wait for the group admin to allow you in from the waiting room.
  5. You may be prompted with, "Allow to use your camera and microphone?" If so, select "Allow."

Joining a meeting if you're a guest:

  1. When someone invites you to a meeting, that invitation will appear in your email. 
  2. Within the email is a link to the meeting as well as details about the event. Once the meeting becomes active, you can use the link to join the meeting. 
  3. Once inside ARC, you will be asked to provide your display name, as well as the email address that the invitation was sent to. Once finished, click the "Join Now" button. This will notify the admin to let you into the meeting.
